Siân Harrington

Siân is on a mission to make HR and people leaders excited, positive and inspired by the changes taking place in work.

An award-winning business journalist, she launched The People Space to help people leaders thrive in the digital work environment. The People Space creates content focused on the evolving nature of work, promoting the value created by humans in an age when they increasingly work alongside machines.

Siân also runs Sian Harrington Media Consulting, helping HR consultants and vendors promote their offerings to HR directors and other leaders through PR and thought leadership.

She is executive editor of How to Become a World Class Manager, author of several HR papers and ex publisher of HR magazine and a board director at Mark Allen Group. She's been an NED at Roffey Park and acting editor of The Grocer and RetailWeek.

David De Cremer

Professor David De Cremer is a world-renowned expert in leadership and organisational transformation in the AI era. Paul Anderson-Walsh

Paul Anderson-Walsh is the CEO of Enolla Consulting, formerly The Centre for Inclusive Leadership which helps organizations create a culture of human inclusion. The focus of Paul's work is to help end inequality in the workplace. He's a world-leading inclusion expert, a learning and development practitioner, author, speaker and the host of the Human Inclusion podcast. 

 

Paul is actively involved in social justice projects and is the founder and director of The Grace Project, a charity dedicated to working with people, helping them discover their identity and resolve issues of self-worth and self-esteem. He was formerly the CEO of the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust.
