Tom Kegode began his career in customer, sales and leadership roles at Lloyds Bank, progressed through regional management into business design, and later moved into innovation before leading People & Places Culture Transformation. Today he is all about helping leaders and teams spark shifts that create future-ready organisations.
At SparkShift he works with organisations to bring together the right squads of people to tackle complex challenges, whether it’s rethinking workplace culture, designing better ways of working, running innovation sprints that actually move the needle or large scale activation events for thousands of leaders.
His role? An orchestrator, coach and connector helping teams push past blockers, build momentum and create sustainable shifts that last beyond the project.
