Farley Thomas
For over a decade Farley Thomas has been in the leadership development space, coaching CEOs and their teams to achieve excellence. He founded a leadership coaching and CEO advisory practice in 2014, working with companies of all sizes–including startups and scaleups–across industry sectors. As an executive coach he draws on his experience as an entrepreneur and company builder, as well as a global MD at one of the world’s largest banks.
In 2020, Farley co-founded Manageable, an edtech firm, to help every manager achieve high performance through their team. He previously had a 20-year career in financial services, where he initiated and scaled numerous global initiatives. - holding a variety of roles in HSBC’s asset management division, including global head of marketing, product, sales, and business development, all roles that didn’t exist previously. He was on the board of one of HSBC’s subsidiaries.
